Evan did a fantastic job for my wife and I when helping us look for a new home in Greenville, SC. Evan has been a pleasure to work with through a year long house hunting process. He took time to understand what types of properties I was interested in and then was proactive in sending me several properties as they came on the market. When I chose to build a house he offered to provide all communications with the builder to simplify my life and he always responded quickly with any questions or concerns that I had. He also sold my old house for me and was able to provide a seamless transition from one property to the next.
