Knew the local Greenville market well and was able to point me in a direction of nicer areas in my price range. Was open and honest about homes and how the market was currently behaving. Didn t push me toward any specific property I wasn t comfortable with. Very informative through the home viewing process and was ready to look at any house at a moments notice. Helpful in explaining what the entire process will look like from the beginning and sticking to that while the process was actually happening. Was patient with me being a first time home buyer and finding exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it. Evan did a fantastic job for my wife and I when helping us look for a new home in Greenville, SC.
