"We are so excited and blessed to be in our forever SK home. We really enjoyed working with Nate, the sales representative on-site, and especially with Griffin, the superintendent and his team, who helped to make our dream home a reality. The entire process, from the contract to closing, was smooth and relatively easy. Griffin is such a fantastic person, a wealth of knowledge and experience, and great to work with! He responded to our questions and addressed any issues or concerns promptly. A special shoutout to Hunter, who has also been fantastic to work with, and to Roberto, who worked his magic on the garage wall. 😃 Now that our 60-day review is complete, we are excited to report that SK, particularly Griffin, has consistently provided the exceptional service we have come to expect. Every time we see Griffin after saying hi, he immediately asks, “How is everything with the house?” And every time we have been able to say. “Everything is great and we love our new home!” It means a lot to us to know that those who worked to help make our dreams come true take pride and pleasure in their work. "Overall experience with SK has not been a bad experience. Previous warranty guy fell through scheduled dates and never followed up which is probably why Gabe got involved after my numerous calls regarding scheduled times not being met. Gabe did come through and got pending items fixed and was persistent making sure vendors were there when they were supposed to be. If SK had more guys like Gabe I feel homeowners would be a little more at ease with the warranty process. My 60 day warranty items are just getting completed 8 months after taking possession of the home. 03/10/2025"
