The Story Behind Scoundrel
Scoundrel is the dream of Chef Joe Cash, a Greenville native who grew up right here in town. He studied cooking at Greenville Technical College and then worked in some of the best restaurants in the world—including Per Se in New York City and Noma in Denmark.
After learning from the very best, Chef Cash came home to open Scoundrel. His goal? To bring exciting, fancy French meals to Greenville in a way that still feels warm and welcoming.
